Emili Uden, Executive Director
Emili has been connected to Kids Discovery Factory since 2013, serving as the Vice President of the Board of Directors before taking the role of Executive Director in 2021. She conceptualized and developed the popular traveling exhibit program, the Mobile Factory. Emili is a graduate of Millikin University with a B.A. in Early Childhood Education. Vanessa Beetz, Operations Manager
Vanessa oversees the day to day running of KDF. Besides having been a classroom teacher, she previously led our programming from 2019-2025. Vanessa holds a B.A. in Economics from Hanover College, and an M.S. in Elementary Education from Indiana University. Vanessa@KidsDiscoveryFactory.org
Dawn Koch, Education Manager
Dawn leads our on-site and outreach programming. She has decades of experience developing and facilitating children's programming. Dawn holds a B.A. in Children's Literature / Curriculum Development and an M.A. in Transformative Writing Process. Dawn@KidsDiscoveryFactory.org
